Family group at Moorside, Christmas 1936.

Christmas Festivities

Christmas Day, 1936, and the Taylor family are together at Horrabridge. The photograph shows several generations of the Taylor family, with their daughter, Shirley, the youngest of the group, in the foreground. Christmas decorations include plenty of greenery - note the mistletoe hanging from the ceiling in the centre of the room - and a very large Father Christmas on the top of the Christmas tree.
